All vehicles listed on this site are subject to prior sale.
While we make every effort to ensure accurate and up-to-date listings, we do not guarantee availability of any vehicle displayed.

2. Pricing

All prices listed are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
In the event of a pricing error or website malfunction, NZ Cheap Cars reserves the right to correct the price or withdraw the vehicle from sale, even after an enquiry or deposit has been made.

3. Finance & Trade-Ins

Finance is subject to lending criteria and approval.
Trade-in vehicle values provided online or over the phone are indicative only and subject to physical inspection.

4. Test Drives & Inspections

We encourage all customers to inspect and/or test drive vehicles before purchase.
All vehicles are sold as seen unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Warranty & Consumer Guarantees

All vehicles are sold in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Extended mechanical warranties may be available at an additional cost.
